Rose Coleman (née Reilly)

The death has occured of Rose Coleman (nee Reilly), Kildorough, Ballyjamesduff and Castlemanor Nursing Home, Cavan, in her 106th year. Peacefully surrounded by her loving family and the staff of Castlemanor Nursing Home. Predeceased by her husband Sylvester and her daughter Dympna. Deeply regretted by her sons Michael (Josephine), Philip (Nuala) and her daughter Margaret (Oliver), sister-in-law Josephine (U.S.A), her 13 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. Reposing at Margaret and Oliver's residence at Kilquilly, Ballyjamesduff (A82 H365) from 5pm - 8pm on Monday 4th December. Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 12pm in St. Joseph's Church, Ballyjamesduff. Burial afterwards in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Oldcastle Road.

Ettamoya Doonan (née Keenan)

Townagh, Ballyconnell, Cavan

Peacefully at Lisdarn Unit for the Elderly, Cavan. Surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her sisters, Rosaleen and Loretta. She will be sadly missed by her loving husband Owenie of 63 years, sons Francis (Agnes) Thomas (Carol) Eoghan (Lorna) also sadly missed by her beloved 13 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and her sisters Kathleen and Philomena (USA), neighbours and friends. Reposing at Smith's Funeral Home, High Street, Ballinamore Co. Leitrim N41 TD62 on Monday 4th December from 5pm till 7pm. Mass of the Resurrection in Saint Patrick's Church, Corlough, Co. Cavan on Tuesday 5th December at 12 noon followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. House private to family and close friends. Bernadette (Bernie) Fitzpatrick, Crossreagh, Ballyhaise, Co. Cavan. Sunday, December 3rd, peacefully at Cavan General Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Sadly missed by her loving husband Patrick (Pat), devoted children, Marian (Mark), Joseph and Kevin (Wanna), her adored grandchildren Christian and Patrick, brother Tommy, sister Philomena, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends. Reposing at her home Monday, December 4th, from 4.00pm until 8.00pm. Parking at St Mary's Church Ballyhaise with shuttle service to and from the family home.

Madeleine McCabe (née Farrelly)

Somerset, Virginia, Cavan

The death has occurred of Madeleine Farrelly-McCabe (née Farrelly) of Somerset, Virginia on December 2nd 2023 surrounded by her loving family in her beautiful home. She will be deeply missed by her husband Phelim, her two children Lydia and Nathan, her brothers and sisters Mary, Seán, Dolores and Eugene, as well as her wide circle of friends. May She Rest in Peace.

The death has occurred of Thomas (Tommy) Rudden, Straugh, New Inns, Ballyjamesduff, Co Cavan. Peacefully at Cavan General Hospital. Predeceased by his brothers Matthew & Peter, sisters Maureen, Kathleen, Rita, Rose, Josie and Alice, nephews & brothers in law.

The death has occurred of Bernard (Barney) Mc Manus, 11 O'Neill Park, Clones, Co. Monaghan. Barney passed away peacefully in the excellent care of the staff at the Lisdarn Hospital Cavan, surrounded by his loving family, Sunday 3rd December 2023. Predeceased by his parents, sisters Mary, Annie, Evelyn, Bernie, Bridget, Rosie, Margaret and brothers Infant Billy, Peter, Gerard, Frank, Jim, John and Charlie, niece Eileen Hubbert and nephew Paul Cavanagh. Barney will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his sons John (Ahra) and Stephen and their mother Christina (Mc Manus), grandchildren Kai and Callan, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends and by all who knew and loved Barney. The death has occurred of Jim McNulty. Tullynaskeagh, Carrickmacross. 4th December 2023. In his 92nd year. Peacefully, surrounded by his cherished family, in the wonderful care of the staff of Castleross Nursing Home, Carrickmacross. Predeceased by his wife Susan, his parents Daniel & Mary, his brother Tommy and his sister Rosemarie. Sadly missed and remembered with love by his beloved family, his sons Michael (Regina) & Joe (Julie) and his daughters Amanda (Colin) & Clare (Vincent), his much-loved grandchildren Ryan, Jack, Leanne, Megan, James, Ciaran, Ellie & Ava, his sister-in-law Maureen, his nephews, nieces, relatives, friends and neighbours.
