John Clancy, Ballyconnell, Co. Cavan, New York and formerly Butlersbridge. Thursday, October 19th 2023 peacefully in the loving care of his family and the staff at Cavan General Hospital.

Predeceased by his loving wife Angela, parents John and Myra , brothers Patsy and Kevin and sister Norah. John was devoted father of Shaun (Kristy),Angela (Chris),Sinead (Noel), Gareth (Shelia) and Norma (Hugh). He will be deeply missed by his sisters Sr Teresa, Julia, sister-in-law Helen and his children and adored grandchildren, Ryan, Aisling, Emma, Caoimhe, Shauna, Cillian, Darragh, Oisín, Maia and Caelan and great grandchildren Leo and Nell, all his relatives and friends.

Reposing Lakelands Funeral Home, Dublin Rd, Cavan (H12RF78) tomorrow evening Friday from 6 o'clock until 9 o'clock. Remains arriving at St. Aidan's Church, Butlersbridge on Saturday for funeral mass at 2 o'clock followed by cremation at Lakelands Crematorium at 4 o'clock.

Family flowers only. Donations in lieu would be appreciated by the family to the Holy Family Special School.

Seamus Fay, (Lilter) and former Bus Eireann, Drumconnick, Cavan, October 18th 2023, peacefully, in the loving care of his family and the staff at Cavan General Hospital, in his 91st year. Beloved son of the late James and Kathleen Fay, Drumconnick, Cavan, much loved and adored brother of Rita Duggan, Ballyhaise, Donal, Drumconnick, Kitty Quinn, New York, Eileen Sheridan, Newtownbutler, Owen Fay, New York, brothers in law Sean, Tom and the late Martin Quinn, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, cousins, his many, many friends in Comhaltas, throughout the Island of Ireland and overseas, his neighbours and his many friends.

Reposing at the McMahon Funeral Home, Farnham Road, Cavan (H12C821), this evening (Thursday) from 6pm until 9pm and again on Friday evening from 6pm until 9pm. Removal on Saturday to the Cathedral of Ss Patrick & Felim, Cavan, arriving for Funeral Mass at 2pm, via Drumconnick. Following Mass, the cortege will travel to St. Brigid’s Cemetery, Killygarry, for committal prayers and burial in the family plot, with his beloved parents.

Paddy Fitzpatrick, Killygarry, Cavan. Wednesday, October 18th 2023, peacefully in the loving care of his family and the staff at Cavan General Hospital. Predeceased by his parents Luke and Kathleen, sisters Alice and Teresa, brothers Brendan, Phonsie, Jim and Dessie. Paddy was devoted husband of Anne and loving father of Ronan (Mary) Shane (Mary) and Cormac (Loretta) He will be very sadly missed and dearly loved by his heartbroken wife and family, his adored grandchildren Alice, Anna, Oisín, Ciara and Donnacha, brothers Tom and Norbert, sisters in law, brother in law, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours, all his relatives, and friends.

Reposing at his home (H12 Y166) tomorrow, Friday, from 2pm until 8pm. Removal on Saturday morning to St, Brigid’s Church, Killygarry arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Following Mass, the burial will take place in the adjoining cemetery.

The death has occurred of Dennis Parker. Mullaghcroghery, Corduff, Carrickmacross & formerly Windsor, UK. 19th October 2023. Unexpectedly, but peacefully, at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda.

Sadly missed and remembered with love by his cherished family, his wife Angela, his daughter Amanda and his son Roger, his son-in-law Leigh and his daughter-in-law Sharon, his much-loved grandchildren; George, Louise, Abbie, Grace, Katherine & Samantha, his brother Ron (UK), his relatives and friends.
