Tractor Run

WHAT: Ballyhaise Development Association hold their Annual Tractor and Vintage Car Run. Registration in Ballyhaise at 10.30am. Entry Fee €20. Everyone welcome. Also Kids tractor run will take place, with registration at 11.45am at the Chapel car park. Registration €5. Pedal tractors and go karts only. All welcome. Raffle and refreshments provided. Proceeds for the Children’s Sensory Activities in the new playground to be built in the village.

Green Ribbon Walk

WHAT: The Knights and Conquests Heritage Centre will be the venue for the County Longford Green Ribbon Walk. This initiative is headed up by the IFA in partnership with See Change, Coillte and Mental Health Ireland. Everyone is welcome. Join us in support of mental health awareness and with every step end mental health stigma and discrimination.
The Road to Kells

WHAT: Meath Archaeological and Historical Society host the lecture 'The Road to Kells - Prehistoric Archaeology of the M3, Navan to Kells and N52 Kells Bypass Road Project'. It will be given by Fintan Walsh (Archaeological Project Director) and Jerry O’Sullivan (Transport Infrastructure Ireland Archaeologist).
