Yellow thunderstorm warning for Cavan

Met Éireann have issued a Status Yellow thunderstorm warning for Cavan as well as, Donegal, Monaghan, Munster, Connacht, Kilkenny, Laois, Longford, Offaly and Westmeath.

The warning is valid from today (Sunday) from 10am to 10pm.

The thunderstorms will bring frequent lightning, heavy downpours, gusty winds and the chance of hail, with localised flooding and difficult travelling conditions.
