Last chance to get Covid booster ahead of summer break
The HSE is advising the public that the COVID19 Vaccination Programme is set to pause over the summer months. Anyone who is now considering a booster dose should do so in the coming days.
The Spring Booster programme concludes on June 16.
A spokesperson for the HSE said getting the vaccine 'ensures that people who are at highest risk of severity of illness from COVID-19 will have the recommended minimum of three months interval in advance of them becoming eligible for their Autumn/ Winter booster.'
Clinics for the Spring Booster in Cavan Monaghan will take place week at Cavan Monaghan Vaccination Centre, St Davnet’s Campus, Monaghan
The schedule is as follows:
1pm to 4 pm - clinics open to everyone aged 12 years and over including 70+ Spring Booster
