James (Jim) Walsh

Old Balreask Woods, Navan, Meath / Cavan

Formerly of Swellan and Drumnavanagh, Co. Cavan.

Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and the caring staff

of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda.

Predeceased by his wife Marlene, infant brother Paul Vincent,

parents John and Nora.

Jim will be very sadly missed by his loving son David, daughter-in-law Miriam, grandchildren Emily, Luke and Adam, brothers Ted (London, UK), Gerry (Cavan), Michael (Galway), Martin and Connie (Holland), sisters Eileen and Nora (London), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at St. Joseph’s Chapel of Rest, Old Johnstown, Navan (C15 C425) on Monday from 4pm with removal at 5.45pm to arrive at St. Mary’s Church, Navan, for 6.30pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday morning at 10am which can be viewed on https://www.navanparish.ie/livestream

Burial afterwards in St. Finian’s Cemetery, Old Athboy Road, Navan.

Jim’s family would like to thank the staff of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda and Millbury Nursing Home, Navan for their care shown to Jim.

Joseph (Joe) Mc Quaid

Dublin Rd, Ashbourne, Meath / Monaghan Town, Monaghan

Joseph (Joe) peacefully at the Beacon Hospital, Dublin, surrounded by his loving and devoted family. Pre-deceased by his parents Billy and Gertrude. Beloved husband and best friend to Helen (nee Murphy) and much loved and cherished by his daughters Aisling, Deirdre and Aoife. Sadly missed by his family, his adored grandchildren Sophia, Noah, Senan and Fionn, his son`s -in-law Stephen, Ben and William, his sister Marcella and her husband Paddy, his brother Dessie and his wife Caroline, brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, his extended family and his good friends and neighbours.

Formerly of Clontibret, Co. Monaghan. In the tender care of the staff of Tallaght Hospital. Predeceased by his beloved wife Marie and daughter Sinéad.

Sadly missed by his loving daughter Gráinne, sons Paul and Padraig, sisters Patricia and Peggy, sons-in-law Derek and Alan, daughter-in-law Kim, grandchildren Sinéad, Darren, Sarah Ann, Laura, Conor, Lauren, Bláthnaid, Chloe, Riley, Jack, and Jacob, great-granddaughter Bowe, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
