Justice Media nomination for The Anglo-Celt

The Anglo-Celt has been shortlisted for the Law Society's 2023 Justice Media Awards, which recognise journalism that contributes to the public's understanding of justice, the legal system and legal issues.

The Celt was nominated in the Local Print/Online section for the story entitled 'Belturbet bombing remembered 50 years on', which was written by Seamus Enright. It can be read here.

There was a record 340 entries for the competition across 15 categories, with 92 entries shortlisted.

The winners will be announced by Law Society of Ireland on June 22.
