Cavan workers save most time by working from home

It comes as the latest round of restrictions are lifted today.

People in Cavan are the workers who have saved the most time by working from home.

A new report has looked at the time people have saved by not commuting into offices during the pandemic.

It coincides with a change in guidance today which allows employers to bring workers back into offices.

The report, commissioned by IT services provider Auxilion, shows workers from Cavan saved 121 minutes a day by working from home.

That’s followed by Westmeath on 77 minutes and Kildare on 71 minutes.

The report also found that 35 per cent of office workers say working remotely has improved their mental health.
