Cavan Institute to host information evening

With the Leaving Certificate results out and CAO offers coming out next week, Cavan Institute will host a Parent and Student Information Evening on Tuesday, September 7, at 7pm.

This event will be held in the Institute’s Campus on Cathedral Road and will be an ideal opportunity for parents and students to meet with course tutors and career guidance counsellors.

The Information Evening will cover topics such as course choice, progression opportunities and financial supports available at Cavan Institute.

Speaking to The Anglo-Celt, the Director of Cavan Institute reported high demand across all course areas reflecting a continuing confidence that students and their parents have in the Post-Leaving Certificate (PLC) sector.

Ann-Marie Lacey went on to say that this event will be an ideal opportunity for parents and students who are still considering their options to speak with career guidance counsellors and course experts.
