Raymond Fitzpatrick, Townparks, Ballyhaise, Co. Cavan, former Eir Employee, peacefully after a long illness. Predeceased by his parents Molly and Michael and his sister Rosemary. Sadly missed by his sisters Veronica (Flanagan), Kells, Ann (Murphy), his brothers Terry, PJ (Mullingar) Tony, his uncle Peter O’Reilly (Naas), brothers-in-law Tommy and Brian, sisters-in-law Bernie and Mona, his nephews, nieces, relatives and his large circle of friends.

Reposing at Lakelands Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Cavan tomorrow, Saturday, from 6.00pm until 9.00pm. Removal from his home on Sunday morning at 11.30 am to St. Mary's Church, Ballyhaise to arrive for Requiem Mass at 12.00 noon. Interment afterwards in Cullies Cemetery. House Strictly Private.
Neighbours and friends are very welcome to line the route in a safe and socially distanced manner as a mark of respect.

Josephine Hanly (née Walsh)
3 Bell Harbour, Knocktemple, Virginia, Cavan / Galway City, Galway
Josephine Hanly (nee Walsh), 3 Bell Harbour, Knocktemple, Virginia, Co. Cavan and formerly of 12 Beechmount Road, Highfield Park, Galway, suddenly at her residence. Predeceased by her parents Carmel and Cyril. Josephine will be sadly missed by her husband and best friend Gerard and also by their two cherished children, Ailbhe and Shane. Deeply mourned by her sister Edel, brother Gerard, sisters-in-law Patricia, Mary, Teresa and Margaret, brothers-in-law Colm, Joseph and Noel, nieces, nephews, extended family and her many friends.

Reposing at her home in Knocktemple on Saturday, 29th May, between 4pm and 7pm. Removal on Sunday, 30th May, to St. Batholomew’s Church, Munterconnaught, Virginia, County Cavan for Funeral Mass at 2pm. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.
In compliance with Current Covid 19 guidelines Josephine’s funeral mass will be restricted to 50 people only. People are invited to form a guard of honour along the route of the funeral cortege from her residence to the chapel as a mark of respect.
Elizabeth Leonard
Roker, Tay Road, Cobh, Cork / Ballyhaise, Cavan
The death has occurred of Elizabeth Leonard (Roker, Tay Road, Cobh and Mullalougher, Ballyhaise, Co. Cavan) on May 26th, 2021. She died peacefully in the wonderful care of Glendonagh Nursing Home. Beloved wife of Patrick Leonard and loving mother of Siobhán Leonard and Colette Lavin. Greatly missed by her grandchildren Leonie, Cianán, Ruán, Hugo, Aoibhínn, Sean, Euan, son-in-law Paul and partner Scott, along with her nieces and nephews. Also remembering her late siblings Sonny, Margaret, Eugene, Katie, Charlie and Hugh.
May her gentle soul rest in peace.
Elizabeth’s funeral will take place on Saturday 29th at 2pm at Cobh Cathedral. It will be live streamed online at http://cobhcathedralparish.ie/ followed by burial at the Old Church Cemetery. Instead of flowers, please donate to the Alzheimer Society of Ireland.
John (Sean) Martin
Kilmore West, Dublin / Shercock, Cavan
Martin, John (also known as Sean Martin) (Kilmore West and formerly of Darkley, Shercock, Co. Cavan), May 28,2021; he will be sadly missed by his loving sons Michael and Johney, grandson Cillian, Michael and Johney's mam Pauline, his brother Tony and sister Bridie, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

Due to the recent government guidelines regarding public gatherings, a private funeral and cremation will be held on Tuesday morning for family and close friends (with a limit of 50 persons).
John's funeral cortège will travel from his home on Tuesday morning at 10.45am to St. Luke's Church, Kilmore West. Friends and neighbours are very welcome to line that route in a safe and socially distanced manner as a mark of respect.

Peacefully at Cavan General Hospital. Deeply regretted by her heartbroken husband Jim, and loving mother of Sarah Smyth (Navan), and James (Abu Dhabi), sadly missed by her son-in-law Larry, daughter-in-law Lorraine, and will be forever spoken about to her new grand-daughter, fondly remembered by her brothers Michael and Ciaran, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and work colleagues.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Bernie's Funeral will take place on Tuesday with removal from her home to arrive at St. Brigid's Church, Laragh for Funeral Mass at 11.30am, followed by cremation in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan.
Due to current restrictions Bernie's Funeral Mass will be limited to 50 people. The Mass will be streamed live on www.churchtv.ie/laragh

The death has occurred of Noel McStocker of Inniskeen, Co. Monaghan and formerly of Toomebridge, Co. Antrim, unexpectedly. Reposing at Magee’s Funeral Home, Inniskeen. Removal on Sunday morning at 9.30am to Church of Mary Mother of Mercy, Inniskeen arriving for 10am Requiem Mass. Burial afterwards in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Cargin, Toomebridge, Co. Antrim.
Noel, dear husband of late Teresa. Sadly missed by daughter Deirdre, brothers, Shane, Charlie and Vivian and sister Mary Kelly . Deeply regretted by nieces, nephews and wider family circle.
Due to Government guidelines, Noel’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the presence of 50 family members and close friends.
There will be an opportunity for the community to support the family by being present on route, socially distanced, on Sunday, the 30th of May, as Noel is brought from Magees’s Funeral Home via St. Daigh’s Terrace to Church of Mary Mother of Mercy, Inniskeen for 10am Requiem Mass.

Ann Shevlin (née Duffy), Friday 28th May 2021. Peacefully in the love and tender care of St. Mary's Nursing Home, Castleblayney. Predeceased by her husband Joe, son in-law Peter, sisters May, Rose and Maggie, brother Peter. She will be sadly missed by her loving family, daughters Mary (Daly), Anne (Finnegan), son Frank, sisters Kathleen and Briege, son in-law Patrick, daughter in-law Marie, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Due to on going restrictions on funeral ceremonies, Ann's funeral will be private for family and close friends with church numbers limited.
The community may wish to show their support to the family when the cortege leaves her residence in Moyles on Sunday morning at 11.40am driving to the Church of Mary Mother of Mercy arriving for Funeral Mass at 12 noon followed by burial in St. Mary's Cemetery, Inniskeen.
