Cavans Manor Farm nominated for top award

‘Ireland’s Best in Food Production for Hygiene and Food Safety’, that’s the title that Cavan’s own Manor Farm could be laying claim to! Having beaten off stiff competition from hundreds of excellent Irish businesses in their bid to make the elite list of finalists, they are now making plans to attend the National Q Mark Awards on Friday, September 25 in the Double Tree by Hilton hotel.

The National Q Mark Awards are held annually by the proud Guardians of The Q Mark – Excellence Ireland Quality Association (EIQA).

The official announcement of this select list of finalists came yesterday from Ms. Irene Collins, EIQA’s Managing Director.

Ms. Collins said that to be nominated for such an award serves as recognition that the services provided by a company far surpass current legislative requirements; that the team involved conduct their affairs with the customers’ best interests in mind, and most importantly, that the business itself is operating at the highest standard of performance in the country.
