Bargain lots on offer with Smith Property auctions
Local auctioneering firm Smith Property has a number of interesting listings up for auction this month.
It’s a mixed bag in terms of what’s on offer, from residential to land and commercial, with offerings dotted countywide.
A 1.16 acre plot located along the N55 at Loughduff will go to auction with an advised minimum value (AMV) of €20,000; while a three bedroom, mid-terrace home at Kilmore Lower (Breandrum) is also up for auction with a guide price of €95,000.
A derelict country cottage in need of extensive renovation throughout with an AMV of €25,000 at Kildorough, Ballyjamesduff has also come to the market; while a 0.71 acre plot, just 10 minutes from Cavan Town, will go to auction with an AMV of €35,000.
Over in Ballyhaise village, a house considered to be a ‘DIY project’ will go under the hammer with an AMV of €60,000. The property has mains water and sewerage as well as PVC window and doors but is also in need of full refurbishment.
