Dry today with sunny spells for most though it will be cloudier in parts of the south, west, and northwest with some mist patches. Highest temperatures of 8 to 12 degrees with moderate to fresh southerly winds developing.
Largely dry tonight with a mix of cloud and clear spells though some patchy rain and drizzle will push into parts of the west and northwest later. Lowest temperatures of 5 to 9 degrees generally, dropping down lower locally. Southerly winds will be mostly moderate, occasionally fresh.
Dry for most tomorrow, Friday, though patchy rain and drizzle will affect parts of the west and northwest before clearing in the afternoon. Sunny spells will give way to cloudier conditions building from the south through the day with mist and drizzle patches developing near southern coasts. Highest temperatures of 9 to 12 degrees in moderate, occasionally fresh southerly winds.
Mostly dry and cloudy overnight on Friday with just some patches of mist and drizzle. Lowest temperatures of 4 to 8 degrees in moderate, occasionally fresh, southerly winds.
Mostly cloudy on Saturday morning with a few patches of drizzle and mist. Some sunny spells will break through during the afternoon. There is the chance of outbreaks of rain arriving into parts of the southwest and west later in the evening. Highest temperatures of 9 to 12 degrees in moderate, occasionally fresh, southerly winds.
Saturday night will see a mix of cloud and clear spell with outbreaks of rain slowly moving in from the west over much of Munster, Connacht and west Ulster. Drier and clearer further east though with a few spots of drizzle. Lowest temperatures of 5 to 9 degrees generally with mostly moderate southerly winds.
There is some uncertainty in the timing but outbreaks of rain will continue to slowly move eastwards on Sunday, clearing from the western half of the country by the evening with sunny spells and some showers following. Highest temperatures of 8 to 12 degrees in mostly light to moderate southerly winds.
The last of the rain will clear the east early Sunday night with clear spells and some showers following. Lowest temperatures of 4 to 8 degrees in light to moderate southwest winds.
Sunny spells are forecast for Monday with a few stray showers to start with. Cloud will gradually build from the southwest with a few spots of light rain or drizzle developing. Highest temperatures of 8 to 11 degrees in light to moderate southwesterly breezes.
