Paddy Joe Boyle

The death has occurred of Paddy Joe Boyle, Darraugh, Ballyconnell. Deeply regretted by his heartbroken wife Helen, his loving children; Eamonn, Fainne, Padraig and Enda, adored grandchildren; Joey, Mark, Aoibhe, Alex, Adam, Alfie, Milo and Sophie, siblings; Margo, Mikey, Ann, Edward and Hugh, daughters-in-law; Sara, Donna and Kate, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at his residence Darraugh, Ballyconnell (eircode N41 H673) from 3pm to 8pm tomorrow, Tuesday. A shuttle bus will be in operation from the Ballymac Inn, Ballymcgovern during reposing times. House private at all other times except for family, close friends and neighbours. Removal on Wednesday morning to arrive at St Patrick's Church, Kilnavart for funeral mass at 12 noon followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

James (Jemmy) Doran
Barleyhill, Kingscourt, Meath / Kingscourt, Cavan
The death has occurred of James “Jemmy” Doran, Barleyhill, Kingscourt, Co. Meath, peacefully at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, in his 93rd year, 8th December 2024.
Pre-deceased by his wife Anna, his parents Annie and Matt, and his brother Thomas. Deeply regretted by his sons TJ, Kieran, and Jim, and his sister Ann. Sadly missed by his daughters-in-law Deirdre and Bernadette, his grandchildren Annarose, Luke, Ryan, and Ciarán, and his great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Reposing at Kieran Bros. Funeral Home, Hall Street, Kingscourt, Co. Cavan (A82R3W2) on Wednesday 11th December from 4pm to 8pm.
Jemmy’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick and St. Brigid’s Church, Meath Hill, on Thursday, 12th December at 11am followed by burial in Drumconrath Cemetery.
Family flowers only, donations if desired to a charity of your choice.
Sean Maguire
Brankfield, Belturbet, Cavan
Sean Maguire, Brankfield, Belturbet, Co. Cavan 9th December 2024. Peacefully in Oakview nursing home. Predeceased by his parents John and Mary Ellen, nephew Pauric, sister in law Geraldine. Deepy regretted and sadly missed by his brother Patsy, sister Ann, niece Helen (Ciaran) Cahill, Oisín and Aíne, relatives neighbours and friends.

Remains will be reposing at Lawlors Funeral home Ernehill, Belturbet, (eircode H14 R583) on Tuesday evening 10th December from 6.00pm until prayers at 8.00pm. Remains will arrive at St Mary’s Church, Staghall for 11am Funeral Mass on Wednesday morning 11th December with burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

Kathleen Casey
(née Tomney)
Tattygar, Castleblayney, Monaghan
The death has occurred of Kathleen Casey née Tomney, Tattygar, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan. Peacefully in St. Mary’s Hospital, Castleblayney, Monday December 9th surrounded by her devoted family.
Predeceased by her husband Denis, her parents and brother Seamus.
Sadly missed and remembered with love by her family, son Patrick, daughter Ciara, daughter in-law Mairead, son in-law Killian, grandchildren, Eodhan, Shea, Conaire, Lucy and Emma sisters-in-law, Patricia Duffy, and Eileen Tomney, brother-in -law Mack Casey, nieces, nephews, extended family neighbours and friends.
Kathleen will repose privately among her family and friends at her son Patrick’s home until removal on Thursday morning at 10:30 am arriving for funeral mass at 11am in St. Mary’s Church, Castleblayney with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery where Kathleen will be laid to rest alongside her beloved husband Denis.

Leavy (née Slowey), (Iona Road, Dublin 9 and formerly of Scotshouse, Co. Monaghan) December 9th, 2024 (peacefully) Anita, beloved wife of the late Tommie and much loved mother of Elizabeth and Annette. Sadly missed by her loving family, grandchildren Thomas, Caroline, Peter and Conor, great-grandchildren Cillian and Darragh, son-in-law Martin, Annette’s partner Jim, Thomas' wife Laura, Caroline’s partner Patrick, Conor’s partner Megan, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at her home on Thursday evening (December 12th) between 5pm and 7pm. Removal on Friday morning (December 13th) to St. Columba’s Church, Iona Road arriving for Funeral Mass at 10:30am followed by burial in Glasnevin Cemetery. The death has occurred of Mickey McElroy, Carga, Ballybay, Co Monaghan, A75 RH98. Peacefully surrounded by his loving family at Cavan general hospital. Predeceased by his parents James & Elizabeth, Brothers Sean, Patsy & Tony, his sisters Marie & Rosaleen, brothers in law William & Tommy, Sister in law Anna-May & nephew Raymond.
Sadly missed and remembered with love by his heartbroken family, his wife Betty, and children Sharon, James, Enda & Melissa. Daughters in law Debbie & Kathy, son in law Pauraic, cherished grandchildren, Ava-Rae, Jaxon, Ronan & Max, his sisters Anna (Phil), Martina (Brian) his Brothers Gerry & Paul (Collette), brother in law Jonnie and sister in law Una, and his many relatives, friends & neighbours.

Funeral mass will be celebrated in Our Lady of Knock Church, Ballintra on Thursday morning at 11am. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.
