Sizzling beef stir fry
INGREDIENTS
Beef steak, cut into strips
Oil
Veg of choice - peppers, onions, mushrooms
1tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1tbsp light soy sauce
2tbsp fish sauce
2tbsp sweet chilli sauce
2tbsp oyster sauce
1tbsp sugar
Salt and pepper
Rice and spring onion to serve
METHOD
Heat some oil in a pan and brown off the beef cook in batches so you don’t overcrowd the pan.
When beef is browned, remove from the pan and set aside.
Add a little more oil and add your veg and cook for about five minutes, stirring all the time.
Return the beef to the pan with any of the juice that has come from the beef.
Add all the sauce ingredients and stir well and season.
Serve with rice and sprinkle with spring onion. Enjoy!
