Owned and managed by Stephen Smyth who employs two instructors - Alan Tracey and Emma Ryan - the business focuses on circuit classes, small group training, and specialised six-week fat loss programmes, while offering a comprehensive approach to achieving optimal wellness.
Stephen and the team are committed to providing nutritional advice, personalised weight and measurement tracking, and daily support. It is this that sets Elite Fitness apart and cements it as a trusted resource for people who are seeking transformation in their lives.
From its humble beginnings in 2021, Stephen brought a wealth of experience to the table having worked as a personal trainer for 12 years. When the Covid-19 Pandemic hit, he adapted to the needs of his customers and provided the training online.
The circuit classes are described by Stephen and the team as “a super effective workout routine” that moves clients through a series of different exercises. Each exercise sets targets on different muscle groups with a small rest in between. Circuit class is open to all fitness levels.
Elite programme
Meanwhile, the ‘Elite Programme’ affords clients the opportunity to work on strength and conditioning. It’s an area that has garnered huge interest in recent times and it transforms the body with great results.
The company’s six-week fat loss programmes are meticulously crafted to burn fat and build muscle without giving up the foods that clients love. The only requirements for this workout are determination and commitment to making positive changes to health, fitness and lifestyle.
Stephen says the personal training side of the business is more than just a workout regime, “it's a tailored approach to fitness that prioritises the individual’s goals, needs, and abilities.”
He says he’s “delighted” to have been nominated in this year’s business awards. “I didn’t expect to be shortlisted and the development has served as a great boost for the business,” he concluded.
