Éirevolt Energy to host open day this Saturday
Just a year in business, Éirevolt Energy will officially open the first infrared heating and sunamp thermal battery showroom in Ireland this Friday, October 5.
Formed in October 2023 by Pauric McGearty, Lee Cooney and Darragh McArdle, Éirevolt Energy Limited is based at Unit 2, Pullamore Business Park, Cavan Town.
The company aims is to lead the country towards a brighter and more sustainable future by making solar energy solutions accessible and practical for homes, businesses, and farms. Their products include solar PV systems, infrared heating and thermal water battery solutions.
Pauric and Darragh are Butlersbridge men; while Lee is from Co Monaghan, though he has strong affiliation to the Breffni county, having moved here with his family in recent years.
Electricians by trade, Lee and Pauric have a combined industry experience of over 20 years in solar PV. Pauric operated a very successful solar PV business in Perth, Australia, before moving home with wife Clare and their three children. Lee meanwhile has extensive experience in leading solar PV projects at scale and has recently completed a degree in Industrial Automation.
Darragh, owner of Cavan Roofing and Engineering, identified an opportunity to provide a one-stop-shop for roofing and solar PV, having worked hand-in-hand with solar PV installers on commercial projects.
The showroom at Pullamore Business Park is self-sufficient - powered 100% by solar PV and SigenStor hybrid inverter, the world’s first five-in-one integrated energy system.
The building is heated with Eirevolt’s eco-friendly, A+ energy rated smart infrared heating system.
“We welcome everyone along where we will be showcasing our Solar PV, heating and hot water solutions alongside SigenStor hybrid five-in-one inverter. There will be refreshments, face painting and competitions throughout the day!” urged Pauric, Lee and Darragh.
“We are the only company in Ireland with this range of products and solutions, and we are very proud to bring these game-changing technologies to the country,” they added.
