The death has occurred of Ernest (Ernie) Coote, Drumore, Bailieborough, Co Cavan peacefully in the care of The Sheelin Nursing Home. Predeceased by parents William and Elizabeth and his brother Noel.

Deeply regretted by his sister Hazel, brothers Robert and James. Deeply missed by his niece and nephews Malcolm, Denise, Darren, Gary, Adrian and Derek, grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins, friends and neighbours especially Jennifer and David.

Reposing at Clarke's Funeral Home, Bailieborough on Wednesday, 2nd October, from 5pm - 7pm. Funeral to arrive at Trinity Presbyterian Church, Bailieborough on Thursday for Funeral Service at 2pm. Burial afterwards in Old Urcher Graveyard.

Maria Moyles Seangharrai, Ballinagh, Co Cavan formerly Drumcrow died 1st Oct 2024 peacefully surrounded by her family

Predeceased by his parents Terry & Mary and his wife Betty. Sadly missed by his son Martin (Mary), daughters Fidelma (Gareth), Pauline and Michelle, brother Tom (Mary), sister Bridie (Paddy), grandchildren; Adam, Amy, Chloe, Sarah, Dylan and Nathan, nephews, nieces, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at his home (A82 V092) on Wednesday and Thursday from 4pm to 8pm both evenings. Removal on Friday to St. Mary's Church, Crosserlough arriving for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only, please.

Martin Connolly

16 Latlorcan Glen, Monaghan Town, Monaghan, H18YW11

Martin Connolly, formerly of 20 Old Cross Square, Monaghan Town. Martin passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his caring family. Predeceased by his parents Anna and Paudge, his brother Gerry and his nephew Gerard. Deeply missed by his loving wife Betty, his son David, daughter Niamh and her partner Richard, his sister Marie, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at his home from 3pm to 8pm Wednesday, 2nd October. House Private at all other times please. Removal on Thursday morning, 3rd October, at 10.30 am for funeral mass at 11am in St Macartan’s Cathedral with burial afterwards in St Joseph's Cemetery, Latlorcan.

The death has occurred of Kathleen Mallon (née Connell) Unshog, Mullinary Road , Middletown, Co Armagh and formerly of Castleblaney, Co Monaghan peacefully in Dunlarg Care Home, Keady on 1st October 2024 surrounded by her family in her 81st year. Predeceased by her husband Seamus and brother Tom. Dearly loved mother of Declan, Ray (Carmel), Shay (Eileen), Desmond (Jennifer), Maria (John Bannister) and sister of Jack (Monasterboice).

Kathleen will repose in EC Hughes' Funeral Home, Main Street, Middletown on Tuesday from 6pm to 10pm and on Wednesday from 4pm to 9pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday, 3rd October, at 11am in St. John's Church, Middletown with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Deeply regretted by her Sons, Daughter, Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, Son in law, Daughters in law, Brother and entire Family Circle.

The death has occurred of Francie McConnon, Mullinary, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan, Tuesday 1st October 2024, peacefully at the Louth County Hospital, Dundalk. Predeceased by his father Patsy. Deeply regretted and sadly missed with love by his mother Rosh, brother Joe, sister-in-law Jeanette, his children Nadine and Barry and their mother Joan, nieces Susan, Michelle and Andrea, nephew David, aunts, uncles, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Deery’s Funeral Home, Carrickmacross, A81 C653, on Wednesday evening from 5pm to 9pm. Removal on Thursday morning from his residence on foot via The Bridge to arrive at St Joseph’s Church, Carrickmacross, A81 K253 for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Carrickmacross.

Derrilla, Tydavnet, Monaghan

The death has occurred of Packie Mohan, Derrilla, Tydavnet, Co.Monaghan. Tuesday 1st October peacefully at his residence surrounded by his loving family.

Pre-deceased by his wife Bertha, sisters Mena, Loretta & Mary Rose and brothers Mike, Frankie, Matt & Eugene. Packie will be lovingly remembered by his sons Dennis (Linda) & Conn (Ann), grandchildren Shane, Shauna, Sláney, Shannon, Patrick & Fionnuala, brother Oliver (Chicago), sister Sr. Kathleen (Enniskillen), nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
