Mary (May) Mullen
(née McBrien)
Arva, Cavan
Mullen (née McBrien), Mary (May), (Late of Longford Street, Arva, Co Cavan) – 13th of February, 2024, peacefully in Glenashling Nursing Home under the exceptional care of all the nurses and doctors.
Beloved sister to Gress and Una. Sadly missed by her sisters, cousin Chrissie (McBrien), nieces Fiona, Sonya, Susan and Maria, nephew Simon, extended family, neighbours and friends.
May she Rest in Peace.
Funeral arriving to Church of the Immaculate Conception, Coronea, Co. Cavan, H12 HN53 on Friday for 12pm requiem Mass with cremation thereafter to Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan, H12 RF78 for service at 1.30pm.

Anthony (Tony) Smith
3 Stradone Village and late of Knockanork, Stradone, Cavan
Peacefully in The Lisdarn Centre, Cavan. Predeceased by his parents John & Ellen Smith, brothers Sean and PJ and sisters Margaret and Susan. Deeply regretted by his loving sisters Eileen and Kathleen and brother Thomas. Sadly missed by his brother-in-law Paddy, nephews John, Raymond, Colin and Walter, nieces Érin and Martina, grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins, relations and friends.
Rest in Peace
Reposing at Lakelands Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Cavan tomorrow, Thursday, from 5pm, concluding with prayers at 7pm. Removal on Friday to arrive at St. Dympna's Church, Lower Lavey for Funeral Mass at 11am, burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Tony's Funeral Mass can be viewed here. House private please.
Harry McCormack
Mullantimore, Tydavnet, Monaghan, H18 P231 / Sligo
The death has occurred of Harry McCormack, Mullantimore, Tydavnet, Co. Monaghan, H18 P231 and formerly Ballindoon, Co.Sligo. Monday, 12th February, suddenly at his residence.
Pre-deceased by his his brother Gerry. Beloved Husband of Deirdre (nee Mc Aree), loving father of Ronan (Joanne), Edel (Tommy Beggan), Aidan (Louise) and Kevin (Jenny). Deeply regretted by his 11 adored grandchildren, his brothers Damien and Finbar, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, relatives and friends.
May Harry's gentle soul Rest in Peace.
Harry's remains will repose at his residence on Wednesday evening from 6pm and on Thursday from 12pm. Removal on Friday morning to arrive at St.Dympna's Church, Tydavnet for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. House private to family, neighbours and close friends on Friday morning please. Please note, there will be a shuttle service available from St. Dympna's Church (rear carpark), Tydavnet, H18 T934.
