With a guide price of €300,000, two adjoining properties in Main Street, Bailieborough, are set to be sold by public auction on January 10, 2024 in the showrooms of local auctioneer Peter Murtagh. The auction is also being held simultaneously online.

Auctioneer Peter Murtagh said it is an attractive property for any buyer.
