Edith Branyan
Urcher, Bailieborough, Cavan
The death has occurred of Edith Branyan, Urcher, Bailieborough, Co Cavan, peacefully in the excellent care of the staff of Cavan General Hospital on Wednesday 9th April 2025 in her 96th year.
Predeceased by her husband Wilbert, daughter Margaret, sisters Lily Armstrong and Ina Physick and brother Johnny Armstrong.
Edie will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her two sons, Robert (Carol) and David (Ann), her four cherished grand-daughters Grace(Mark), Dawn (Alvin), Lois (Mark) and Chloe, her great-grandsons Sam and Robert, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Clarke's Funeral Home, Bailieborough on Thursday 10th April from 5pm - 7pm. Removal from Clarke's Funeral Home on Friday at 1:45pm to arrive at Trinity Presbyterian Church for Funeral Service at 2pm. Burial afterwards in Old Urcher Graveyard.

Peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, 9th April 2025.
Pre-deceased by her Baby daughter Ruth and brother Alex Shekleton.
Dearly beloved wife of Frederick and loving Mother to her son Edward (Adelaide), daughters Ann (David), Jennifer (Robin), Georgina (Thomas), Mary (William), Sandra (Andrew), Gwen (Damien) and Victoria (Stephen).
Precious Nanny to George, Harry, Emily, Chloe, Lyndsey, Jamie, Tyrone, Jensen, Mason, Rebecca, Samantha, Jessica, Jocelyn, Nathan, Shannon, Luke, Matthew, Louise, Charlie, Amber and Shea.

Reposing at Matthews Funeral Home, Bailieborough Road, Virginia, on Friday, 11th April, from 6pm until 8pm. Funeral service in Bellasis Presbyterian Church, Drumgora, Virginia, Co.Cavan, eircode A82 TW99, on Saturday, 12th April, at 2pm. Interment afterwards in the adjoining Churchyard.

The death has occurred of Eugene O' Reilly, Corodoagh, Tunnyduff, Bailieborough, Co. Cavan. Died Wednesday 9th April 2025, peacefully in the care of the staff Cavan General Hospital. Predeceased by his parents, brothers Pat and Benny and his sister Marion. Deeply regretted by his sister Kate Jane. Sadly missed by his nephews Jim, Gene, Vincent, Declan and niece Annamarie, grand nieces and nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Pre-deceased by his wife Bernadette, son Kieran, parents Harry and Kate, brother Philip and sisters Josie, Madge and Mary. Loving father of Harry (Joanne) and Raymond (Sharon) and grandchildren, Holly, Niall, Aoibhinn and Rory, brothers Sean and Jimmy and sister Kathleen, relatives and friends.

It is with profound sadness that we announce the unexpected death of Liam Doran. Tragically at his residence Rowantree Court, Mullach Glas, Monaghan, on Tuesday 1st April 2025. Predeceased by his mother Mena, his father Danny and brother Paddy.
Liam will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his children Ruairí (Tasha), Janice (Seamus), Conor, Dean and his wife/carer Mary, his grandchildren Ryan, Leah, Daniel, Kayleigh, Mia, Jordan, Sean, Ciaran, Jamie and Ben. Deeply regretted by his brothers Gerard and Tony, his sisters Mercella and Brenda, nieces and nephews.

Liam's remains will repose at his son Ruairí's residence 32 Woodview, Killygoan (H18 V674), Thursday 10th April from 6pm until 10pm and on Friday 11th April from 12noon until 10pm. Removal Saturday morning to arrive at St. Macartan's Cathedral for 11am funeral mass followed by cremation in Lakelands Crematorium Cavan (H12 RF78).

The death has occurred of Elizabeth (Lizzie) Hand (née Lambe), Drumbracken, Magheracloone, Carrickmacross, who passed away peacefully at her daughter Mary’s residence in Drumerlough Beg, in her 95th year, 8th April, 2025.
Predeceased by her husband Laurence, her parents Owen and Mary Lambe (née Ward), her brother Luke, and her sister Mary. Deeply regretted by her son Laurence, daughters Mary (Emmet Cosgrove) and Catherine (Kevin Daly), grandsons Paul, Luke, Eoin, Niall, and Nevan, her sister Anna (Jim Carroll), sister-in-law Margaret Hand, and her much-loved nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

The death has occurred of Paudge McCauley, Knock a Gra, Smithboro, Co.Monaghan and more recently Muirhevnamor, Dundalk, Co.Louth. Wednesday 9th April peacefully at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda.
Predeceased by his parents Pat & Mary McCauley and brother Pat Joe who died in Canada.

The death has occurred of Vincent Sheridan, Clones Rd, Newbliss, Co. Monaghan and formerly of Corranewey, Aghabog, Co.Monaghan, Wednesday 9th April, 2025, peacefully in Cavan General Hospital surrounded by his nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents John and Mary Sheridan and his brothers Jackie, Packie Joe and Aiden.
