Suddenly and peacefully reunited with her loving husband Pearse

Daughter of the late William and Kathleen, sister of the late Billy and Joan

Deeply regretted by her loving daughter Sinead (Sean) Sons Ruairi (Connie) Danny (Samantha) Grandchildren Padraig, Dallan, Tommy, Leo, Olivia, Ruby and Alesha, Brother John, Sister Mary nieces, nephews relatives and friends.

Kathleen's remains will repose at her late residence on Sunday 23rd March from 4pm until 7pm.

HOUSE STRICTLY PRIVATE AT ALL OTHER TIMES

Kathleen's remains will arrive to Saint Mary's Church Swanlinbar on Monday 24th March for 12noon Mass of the Resurrection with burial in the family plot in Killaduff cemetery

The death has occurred of Bernadette Slevin (née McMahon). Lisgall, Carrickmacross. 19th March 2025. Peacefully, at her home, surrounded by her cherished family.

Predeceased by her husband Gerard and her son Carl.

Sadly missed and remembered with love by her beloved family; her daughters Miriam (Pat), Colette (Brian), Joan (Paul), & Eva (Maurice) and her sons Paul, John (Ann) & Aidan (Elaine), her much-loved grandchildren; Barry, Daryl, Laura, Stephen, Ashling, Amy, Jonathan, David, Gareth, Mark, Robert, Sarah, Shane, James, Sarah, Ciarán, Katie & Sinéad and her fourteen great-grandchildren, her sister Mary Morris, her extended family, neighbours & friends.

Bernadette will repose at Lonergan Funeral Directors Funeral Home, Carrickmacross, A81 D328, on Friday, 21st March, from 3pm until 8pm.

Bernadette's funeral cortège will leave her home, Lisgall, on Saturday, 22nd March, proceeding on foot via Monaghan Street, to St. Joseph's Church, Carrickmacross, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
