€350,000 worth of drugs seized in Co Meath

The find is part of a 'long-running investigation into a criminal group in West Dublin.

Four men have been arrested in Co Meath following the seizure of €350,000 worth of drugs.

Gardaí from the Dublin Crime Response Team (DCRT) made the discovery - which included 12kgs of cannabis herb, 400gs of heroin, eight bars of cannabis resin, cannabis oils/gels/jellies and vapes - during an intelligence-led search operation of a residential property in Stirling yesterday, Wednesday.

The search operation was conducted as part of a long-running investigation into a criminal group based in West Dublin.

Meanwhile, the four men aged in their 60s, 40s and 30s were arrested at the scene and are being detained under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996 at Garda Stations across Meath, Kildare and Dublin.
