Valu Carpets opened its doors on the Dublin Road in Monaghan around 10 years ago but, recently, Paddy has opened a showroom at his homeplace in Redhills where customers can view his stock and samples by appointment.
“We look after everything to do with floors except ceramic tiles. So we have carpets, lino, wooden floors, laminates, LVTs, stair runners, pretty much everything for your floor except ceramic tiles,” he outlined.
Valu Carpets carries a wide variety of stock with catalogues and samples also available to peruse.
“Anything anyone wants, we can get it delivered in about two days and fitted in about a week from ordering,” pledged Paddy.
The business mainly deals with domestic customers with some commercial projects undertaken. With two people employed full time, Paddy also has around eight experienced fitters employed on a freelance basis.
The team pride themselves on quality products, an efficient fitting service and good customer relations.
