John (Johnnie) Kennedy, Shercock Road, Bailieborough, Co Cavan died on the 10th March 2025 peacefully at Fairlawn's Nursing Home surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his grandson Christopher, brother Michael and sisters Margaret and Kathleen.
Deeply regretted by his loving wife Anne, sons John, Brendan, Joe and Gerry, daughters-in-law Trisha, Bridget, Leslie, Marie, Eva and Teresa, brothers Tom and Brian, grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Reposing at Clarke's Funeral Home, Bailieborough on Tuesday 11th March from 5pm - 8pm. Funeral to arrive at Lakeland's Crematorium on Wednesday at 12 noon for a celebration of his life which can be viewed live. Link to follow.

Brendan McCabe, Barconey, Ballyjamesduff, Co. Cavan, Saturday, March 8th 2025, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at the Lisdarn Unit, Cavan. Predeceased by his wife Nan, daughter Jean, parents Janie and Barney and brother Myles. Sadly missed by his son Brian, daughter in law Tina, grand daughters Meghan and Aine, brothers Joe (Ann) and Noel (Marion), nephews, niece, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Briody's Funeral Home, Kilnaleck on Sunday (9th) evening from 6pm to 8pm. Funeral Mass in St. Mary's Church, Castlerahan, on Tuesday (11th) at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to Palliative Care Cavan c/o Briody's Funeral Home or any family member.
Josephine Dempsey (née Mc Cabe)

Josephine Dempsey (nee McCabe), Mount Lodge, Lisnalong, Co. Monaghan died March 9th 2025, peacefully in her 90th year of life, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Peter. Deeply loved and sadly missed by her loving family, children James, Niall, Marian, Kathryn and Paul, their partners Tracey, Bryan, Rob, and Tracey, grandchildren Keilan, Aaron, Alex, Jack, Elizabeth, Dylan, Mia, Peter and Faye, and a large circle of family and friends.
Josephine will repose at her home on Tuesday. Removal leaving her home on Wednesday morning at 11.30am to arrive at St. Mary’s Church, Latton (A75 YY09) for 12 noon Funeral Mass, followed by burial in adjoining cemetery. House Private to family only on Monday evening and Wednesday morning please.

The death has occurred of James Brady, 26 Bree, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan. Sunday, March 9th, 2025. Predeceased by his mother, Mary.
Sadly missed and remembered with love by his sisters, Danielle, Michelle and Chyrelle, brothers-in-law Brendan and Barry, Uncle Ambrose, Aunt Ann, nieces, nephews, cousins,extended family neighbours, and many friends.
James will repose at his home in Bree on Tuesday and Wednesday from 4 pm to 8 pm. House private at all other times please. Removal on Thursday morning at 10:15 am arriving to St. Patrick's Church, Oram, for requiem mass at 11 am, with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Anna (Susan) McCabe Nee Reilly, Drumdesco, Scotstown, Co Monaghan died peacefully on the 9th March 2025 in the loving care of the staff of Mullinahinch Nursing Home.
Predeceased by her mother Teresa, father Johnny, husband Michael McCabe, brothers Mickey, Tom, and Hugh, sisters Margaret and Mary Ellen. Sadly missed by her sister Lizzie McGuigan, sisters-in-law Maureen and Helen, brother-in-law John McGuigan, nieces and nephews.
Anna will be reposing in her niece Teresa Reilly's home, 17 Luin Na Greinne, Scotstown, H18 EC52 on Monday 10th March and Tuesday 11th March from 4pm to 8 pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday 12th March at 11am in St. Mary's Church Urbleshanny with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. House strictly private at all other times and on Wednesday morning please.
Tommy (The Bogman) Woods

The death has occurred of Tommy (The Bog Man) Woods, Corravoo, Castleblayney, Monaghan. Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and staff in Lurgan House, St. Mary's Hospital, Castleblayney Sunday 9th March 2025. Predeceased by his parents Packie and Elizabeth and his brothers Vincent and Paddy.
Deeply regretted and remembered with love by his sisters Rose, Mary and Anne and brother John, sister-in-law Madge, brother-in-law Freddie, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours and large circle of friends.
Reposing at Broomfield Community Room, Church View, Broomfield, Castleblayney, Monday 10th March, from 5.00pm to 8.00pm. Tommy’s funeral cortège will arrive at St. Patrick's Church, Broomfield for requiem mass at 11am on Tuesday 11th of March with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
