March 3rd 2025 peacefully at Esker Lodge Nursing Home, Cavan in his 93rd year.

Predeceased by his loving wife Bridget & great grandson Julian. Deeply regretted by his loving family Maureen (Gerry), John (partner Mary) & Sheila, grandchildren Vanessa, Karen, Gail, Aidan, John Anthony & Barry, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives & friends.

Rest in Peace.

Reposing at Lawlor's Funeral Home, Erne Hill, Belturbet (H14 R583) on Wednesday evening from 6 o'clock until 8 o'clock. Remains arriving at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Ballyconnell on Thursday for funeral mass 12 o'clock. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery

Drumbess, Killeshandra, Cavan / Belfast, Antrim

Julia (Sheila) McCaffrey, Née Leonard, Drumbess, Killeshandra and Belfast. Beloved wife of the late John P. peacefully on March 3rd in Belfast.

Sadly missed by her loving daughter Bernadette, sister-in-law, Teresa Connolly (Ballinagh), nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Requiem Mass on Friday March 7th at 1.00pm in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Coronea. Interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

Peter Paul Mc Caul, Dartry, Cootehill, Co. Cavan 3rd of March 2025 peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his Son Kieran and Daughter Eilish.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving family, his wife Elizabeth, children Peter Joseph (Janice), John (Justine), Brian, Andrew, Anne Marie, Cormac (Niamh), Niall and Mark (Zoe), brothers Dominic RIP (Patsy) and Vincent (Fran), grandchildren Lila, Eoghan, Clara, River, Tiernan, Finlay, Phillip, Brannan, Sunniva, Ruth, Katie, Rowan and Eilish, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at his home (H16 YY01) this Tuesday evening from 5.30pm to 8.30pm, Wednesday evening from 5.30pm to 8.30pm and Thursday evening from 5.30pm to 8.30pm.

Removal leaving his residence on Friday morning at 11.30am to arrive at St Michael’s Church, Cootehill for 12noon funeral mass, followed by burial in Holy Trinity Church, Cemetery, Rockcorry, Co. Monaghan.

There will be a shuttle bus running from Tanagh Outdoor Adventure Center to the Mc Caul residence.

Kathleen McCormack (nee Clarke), Drumbar, Bailieborough, Co Cavan died on the 4th March 2025 peacefully at Cavan General Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband James (Jimmy).

Deeply regretted by her children James (Belinda), Mary (Michael) and John(Amanda), grandchildren, brother Pat, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

The death has occurred of Margaret Reilly (nee Walsh), Tufnell Park, London and formerly of Drumacarrow, Bailieborough, Co Cavan and Townaleen, Finney, Clonbur, Co. Galway.

On the 4th February 2025 Margaret passed away peacefully in her 96th year at the Whittington, Hospital, London with her devoted family by her side. Predeceased by her sisters Mary, Eileen, Anne, Bridie, Kathleen and her brothers Johnny and Michael.

Beloved wife of the late Jerry and adored mother to Susan, Bridie, Jimmy and Tommy. Margaret will be sadly missed by daughters in law Jackie and Mervi, her 7 grandchildren Brendan and his wife Nadia, Paul and his wife Claire, Grace, Kate, Gerry, Kristian, and Steafán. Her 5 great grandchildren Adam, Noah, Sophia, Arthur and Peter, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, sisters in law Sue and Rita, brother in law Vincent, cousins, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

A Mass service to celebrate Margaret’s life will be held at 12 noon on Friday 21 February 2025 at St Gabriel of Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 15 St. John’s Villas, Archway London N19 3EE

Margaret will be reposing at Clarke's Funeral Home, Bailieborough from 5 pm to 7.30 pm on Friday 7th March 2025. Funeral Mass at 12 noon on Saturday 8th March 2025 at St Anne’s Church, Bailieborough. Burial afterwards in St Anne’s Cemetery, Bailieborough. Funeral Mass can be viewed live here.

Patricia Stanley, Rahard, Carnaross, Co.Meath and late of Lobinstown, Navan, Co.Meath.

The death has occurred of Patricia Stanley, Rahard, Carnaross peacefully at Cavan General Hospital, surrounded by her loving family on 3rd March 2025. Predeceased by her father James and her infant daughter Mary. Much loved wife of Ollie and much loved mother of Jason (Amy) and beloved Grandmother to Dáire. Sadly missed by her husband, son, grandson, her mother Celia, her sisters Ann, Marie and Collette, brothers in law, sisters in law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends especially her dear friend Anne.

Removal to St. Bartholomew's Church, Munterconnaught on Thursday morning arriving for 11 o'clock Funeral Mass with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. House private please.

The death has occurred of Johnny Kellett, Cloughvalley, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan and formerly of Leonsgarve, Magheracloone, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan, peacefully surrounded by his loving family at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda Monday 3rd March 2025. Predeceased by his parents Mick and Katie Kellett and brothers Pete, Tom and Eugene. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving sisters Lily (Lennon), Rose (Tumulty) and Renee (Higgins), brother Michael, brother-in-law John, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, extended family, neighbours and his friends.

Reposing at Deery’s Funeral Home, Carrickmacross (A81 C653) on Wednesday afternoon from 4pm to 8pm. Removal on Thursday morning on foot at 10.30am arriving to St. Joseph’s Church, Carrickmacross (A81 K253) for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Magheracloone Upper (A81 KD72).
