Cat found after Storm Éowyn
A local cat rescue are seeking to find the owner of a black and white cat found in the Castleblayney area.
The female cat turned up at a house after Storm Éowyn.
Máire Egan of Kitten Cottage Animal Sanctuary described the cat as "very friendly".
"We need to find the owner of this very friendly female young cat," she said.
The cat recently had an operation to amputate her tail however so far "none" of the vets contacted performed the surgery.
"I am sure someone is missing her," Máire added.
