Noreen Clarke, Moylett, Bailieborough, Co Cavan died on the 12th January 2025 peacefully at Cavan General Hospital surrounded by her family. Deeply regretted by her loving sons Brendan, Ciarán and Eoin, brother Tom McCabe, daughters-in-law Yoon Hee and Mari, grandchildren Nora, Seán and Mel, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Clarke's Funeral Home on Wednesday 15th January from 5pm - 7pm. Funeral on Thursday to arrive at St. Mary's Church, Clanaphilip for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Drumconnick, Cavan
Hugh Collins, Drumconnick, Cavan and formerly Nottingham, England and Aghyaran Co.Tyrone, Saturday January 11th 2025, peacefully after bravely fighting a long illness.
Predeceased by his parents Hugh and Ellen (Nellie) Collins, his brothers James Patrick, John and Mick, sisters Peggy and Sally and his nephews Mark, Lee and James.
Hugh will be very sadly missed by his brother Gerry and sister in law Helena, his sisters Mary, Christina, Eileen and Agnes. Also by all his nieces, nephews and the extended Collins family. May he rest in peace.
Reposing at the Mc Mahon Funeral Home , Farnham Rd , Cavan (H12C821) on Tuesday evening from 5pm until 7pm. Funeral Mass in the Cathedral of S.s Patrick and Felim, Cavan on Wednesday at 12 noon followed by burial in Cullies Cemetery.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if you so wish to the Palliative Care Unit, Cavan General Hospital.

Thomas Cronin, Lakeview, Bailieborough, Co Cavan died on the 12th January 2025 peacefully at the Mater Hospital Dublin. Predeceased by his parents Margaret and Henry and brothers Bertie and Paddy.
Deeply regretted by his sisters Florrie McCabe and Maureen O'Hanlon, nephews Wayne and Glenn, niece Tonya, sister-in-law Eileen, brother-in-law Tommy, relatives and friends.

Retired member of staff Virginia Vocational School and former national President of Down Syndrome Ireland.
Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at University Hospital, Tallaght. Predeceased by his siblings William, Brendan and Marie.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by Jean and his children, Joseph (Maria), Anthony (Ann), Naomi Reeve (David) and Eileen. His adored grandchildren, Senan-Sè, Lèa, Ceola, Ava, Danann, Freyja, Michael and Riley-Jean, brother Sean (Patsy) and sister Phil Nolan, nieces, nephews, sisters in law, relatives, neighbours and friends, former colleagues and his many students.

Predeceased by her husband Victor. Eva will be very sadly missed by her sons Ivan and George, daughters in law, grandchildren, sister Frances (Good), brothers George, Victor and John, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Eva will be reposing at Lakelands Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Cavan, H12RF78 tomorrow evening, Tuesday, from 6.00pm until 8.00pm. Removal from Lakelands Funeral Home on Wednesday morning via Killeshandra to arrive for funeral service in Kildallon Parish Church at 12 noon, followed by burial in the adjoining Churchyard.

The death has occurred of John McAree, London and formally Nart, Smithborough, Co. Monaghan.
Dearly beloved husband of Helen and dear father to Sean, Marion, and Paul. A treasured grandfather to his 4 grandchildren. A much loved brother to Gerard, Tony, Betty and Nicholas.
John is predeceased by his parents Charles and Bridget, sisters Margaret and Monica, brothers James, Peter, Hugh, Eugene and Desmond.
John's funeral Mass will take place in London on the 14th January, 2025. John's remains will arrive at St Tierney's Church, Roslea on Wednesday 15th January, 2025 at approximately 5pm, travelling from Dublin, via Nart. John will rest in St Tierney's Church until memorial Mass on Friday 17th January, 2025 at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Peacefully surrounded by her loving family in Castleross Retirement Village. Predeceased by her beloved husband Patrick McEneaney and 1st husband Packie Mone, her parents, brothers and sisters.

Anna will repose at her home in Tattinclave on Monday evening from 6 pm to 9 pm and on Tuesday from 12 noon until 9 pm. Removal on Wednesday morning at 11:30 am arriving for funeral mass at 12 noon in St. Patrick’s Church, Oram, with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Deeply regretted by her husband Harry, her daughters Breda, Tricia, Ann, Emma, and Nora, and their partners Jude, Paul, Brian, and Emmanuel, her sisters Colette and Bridge, and brothers Vincent and Michael. Fondly remembered by her cherished grandchildren Killian, Faolán, Sorcha, Hazel, Abby, Cliodhna, Fionn, and Millie, and sadly missed by her extended family and friends.

Predeceased by her parents Seamus & Maggie and her sisters Yvonne & Stephanie.

Elaine’s funeral cortège will leave her home, Convent View, on Thursday, 16th January, proceeding on foot via Farney Street, Main Street to St. Joseph’s Church, Carrickmacross, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.

Peacefully on Monday, 13th January 2025, in Cavan General Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.
Leslie will be dearly missed by his beloved family; his wife Mary, daughter Roberta (T.J.), sons Alan (Sandra), James (Molly) and Les (Pamela), also his treasured grandchildren Scott, Kim, Rebecca, Chloe, Jenny, Jamie, Joshua, Oisin, Keyghley and Callum, brothers Tommy and Richard and the entire family circle.
