Sixteen open positions at ALDI Cavan

ALDI has initiated a recruitment drive to fill open roles in Cavan.

The sixteen open roles in Cavan are a mix of both new jobs and backfill positions.

The retailer is looking to recruit new team members for its Cavan store following a busy Christmas period. They are preparing for "a busy year ahead" in delivering for its customers.

The current starting rate for store assistants and warehouse operatives is a market-leading €14.80 per hour, exceeding the current rate set by The Living Wage Technical Group.

In a statement, ALDI said they prioritise "career progression opportunities for its employees" with initiatives such as the Women in Leadership Programme, which focuses on improving opportunities for women to progress to leadership roles across the business.
