Back to Nature in the heart of Cavan Town is there for all those important health and wellbeing needs this Christmas.

Jam-packed with remedies, supplements, aromatherapy offerings, crystal jewellery and much more, the store’s festive gift range is a 'must see'.

The award-winning health food store has been a staple in the county for years and is owned and run by Christine McGuinness. Back to Nature’s aim is focused on obtaining and maintaining optimum health. It stocks organic produce, herbal and natural remedies, and is also highly renowned for its natural skincare range, which attracts customers from far and wide.

“We would be well known for our herbal remedies all of which can help with seasonal illness,” says Christine. “We also stock all that is new and innovative in the industry.”

The store, which is also aromatherapy accredited, has a huge range of products that focus solely on digestive healthcare.

Christine finds that customers seeking supports for stress have increased over the past year or so and she believes that stress has become commonplace.

“Healing comes to us in all sorts of ways, through food, supplements and in the thoughts we think.

“Kindness is very important really and I want to say that the staff here are amazing; they are kind and provide a listening ear to everyone. That is something that is very important in life.”

Meanwhile, the Christmas stock is beginning to take shape at Back to Nature and as Christine says: “It’s becoming a bit like Merlin’s Cave here, it's full of treasures of the earth."

“All our Christmas gifts have a healing aspect to them,” she continues, pointing out there is something for all health & wellbeing needs.

“Our aromatherapy diffusers and oils are very popular at this time of year. So are the salt lamps and essential oils, which are beautiful smelling and also therapeutic. We would sell a lot of crystal jewellery as well.”

The big plan for the New Year at Back to Nature is the launch of its website www.ceadmileslainte.ie

Excitement is building and customers can expect it to come on stream over the next month or two.
