Catherine Hyland, Née Mulligan, Cavan Road, Ballinagh, Co Cavan, Thursday, November 21st, peacefully, at home, in the loving embrace of her family. Beloved wife of Gerry and dear mother of Peter and Orla. Pre-deceased by her daughter Ciara, parents Peter and Nora Mulligan and her sister Margaret. Sadly missed by her loving husband, son, daughter, brothers John (Mairead) and Peter and her sister Noreen (Michael) Gaynor, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, cousins, neighbours, relatives and many friends.
Reposing at Lakelands Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Cavan, H12 RF78, tomorrow Friday from 5.00pm until 8.00pm. Removal to St Felims Church, Ballinagh, on Saturday morning for Requiem Mass at 11.00am. Cremation service afterwards in Lakelands Crematorium, Dublin Road, Cavan. No flowers please, Donations in lieu if desired to Epilepsy Ireland, care of Declan Finnegan Funeral Director, or any family member, or through donation box, provided.

Luke Kilkenny
Hermitage, Crossdoney, Cavan
Luke Kilkenny, Hermitage, Crossdoney, Co.Cavan, Wednesday November 20th 2024, suddenly, at his home. Predeceased by his father Jimmy and his brothers Donal and Martin. Luke will be very sadly missed by his mother Sheila Kilkenny and his brothers and sisters, Pat (Katie), Breege (John), Séamus (Oksana), Ann Marie (Paul), Ned (Sharon), Cecilia and Paul (Yotam). Also by his uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, all his extended family, his carers and many friends.
May he rest in peace
Reposing at the Mc Mahon Funeral Home, Farnham Rd, Cavan (H12C821) on Sunday evening from 5pm until 7pm. Funeral Mass on Monday morning at 11am in St. Patrick's Church, Drumcor, followed by burial in the adjoining Cemetery, in the family plot. Family houses strictly private to family please.
Seamus Laheen
Coolbawn, Corlismore, Ballinagh, Cavan / Arva, Cavan / Maynooth, Kildare / Menlough, Galway
Seamus Laheen, Coolbawn, Corlismore, Co Cavan, late of Maynooth, Co Kildare and Menlough, Co Galway. Thursday 21st November, surrounded by his loving family in the care of staff at Cavan General Hospital. Predeceased by his wife Julia, parents Cissy and Paddy. Sadly missed by his loving sons James (Dee), Eamon (Kerri-Ann), daughters Catriona (Gary), Miriam (Tommy), grandchildren, sister Mairead, sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces, nephews, and all his extended family and many close friends.
Seamus will repose at the home of his daughter Catriona, Behey, Arva H12 HV29 on Frday 22nd November from 4.00pm until 8.00pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday at 3.00pm in St Felim's Church, Ballinagh, Interment afterwards in St. Felim’s new Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Marcus McQuaid, 4 Corlatt, Knockatallon, Co.Monaghan, H18 XK38. Wednesday 20th November peacefully at Cavan General Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Pre-deceased by his parents Frank and Roseanna and brother Niall.
Marcus will be lovingly remembered by his brothers Aidan, Declan & Jonathan, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
May Marcus’s gentle soul Rest in Peace
Marcus’s remains will repose at his residence (H18 XK38) on Friday from 3pm until removal on Sunday morning to arrive at St.Joseph’s Church for Funeral Mass at 12 Noon. Followed by Cremation for family only at Lakeland’s Crematorium, Cavan.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired, to Irish Cancer Society c/o Peter McMahon, McMahons Funeral Home, Emyvale or any family member.
