Drumeva, Tunnyduff, Bailieborough, Cavan

Patsy Martin, Drumeva, Tunnyduff and formerly of Heatherfield, Bailieborough, Co Cavan died on the 29th September 2024 peacefully surrounded by his family.

Deeply regretted by his partner Violet, Violet's family Kristal and Donald, brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

May He Rest In Peace

Funeral will take place on Tuesday 1st October in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan at 11 o'clock.

Carmel Plunkett

Dungimmon, Mountnugent, Cavan

The death has occurred of Carmel Plunkett, Dungimmon, Mountnugent, County Cavan on Saturday 28th of September surrounded by her loving family at the home of her sister Rosie Brady, Ballyjamesduff. Predeceased by her parents Bridget and Oliver, brother's John & Jack and brother-in-law Brendan (Brady). Deeply regretted by her loving brothers Packie, Olllie, Philip & Gerry, sisters Susan, Bridgie, Kathleen, Rosie and Maggie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Briody's Funeral Home, the Green, Kilnakeck (A82 DX59) on Monday 30th of September from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 12 noon in St. Brigid's Church Mountugent followed by cremation at Lakeland's Crematorium, Dublin Road, Cavan (H12 RF78).

Family flowers only. Donations in lieu of Cavan Palliative Care to funeral director Sean McBride or any family member.

Anthony (Tony) Croarkin

28 Cortolvin View, Monaghan

Peacefully at Cavan General Hospital.

Predeceased by his parents Brigid and Sean Croarkin.

Tony will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by his loving family, wife Therese, daughters Claire (Jonathan) and Orla and sons Anthony and Thomas, his sisters Marian, Dympna (Raymond), Deirdre and his brother Paddy (Una), as well as his grandchildren Isabelle and Caoimhe, nieces, nephews and a large circle of friends.

May he rest in peace

Reposing at his residence on Sunday (29/09/2024) from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. and on Monday (30/09/2024) from 12 noon until 9 p.m.

Removal on Tuesday (01/10/2024) at 10.30 a.m. arriving at St. Macartan’s Cathedral, Monaghan for funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Burial afterwards in St. Joseph’s New Cemetery, Latlurcan.
