Seamus O’Reilly, Cloncose, Cornafean, Co. Cavan. Wednesday September 4th 2024, peacefully at his home in the loving care of his devoted wife and best friend Dympna and their family.
Seamus is predeceased by his beloved daughter Brenda and his granddaughter Kiera Aoife, sister Angela, parents John P and Rose. Seamus will be very sadly missed by his wife Dympna and his loving family, Eamon (Deirdre), Sean (Toni), Kieran (Louise), Aoife (Stuart), Dervilla (Sean), his sister Rosemary, his brothers Sean, Frank, Fr Oliver and P.J, adored grandchildren Niall, Cadhla, Conor, Cara, Saoirse, Setanta, Ewan, Fiadh, Seamus Og and Fiachra, brother in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Seamus will repose at Lakelands Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Cavan, H12RF78 on Saturday evening September 7th from 5.00pm until 8.00pm. Requiem Mass on Sunday at 12.00pm, in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Coronea, Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Colette Lynott

Taylors Hill, Galway City, Galway / Ballyjamesduff, Cavan
On Tuesday, September 3, 2024. Colette died peacefully after a short illness in the comfort of her own home surrounded by her family.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Frank, baby daughter Neasa and siblings Cyril, Patsy, Dessie and Sean.
It is with much love and gratitude that we lay a wonderful mother to rest who will be greatly missed by her children Jim, Áine, Dara, Donla, Ciara, sons-in-law Liam, Mulcahy, Ray Brennan and Ciarán Mannion, daughters-in-law Niamh and Karen, cherished grandchildren Ciara and Sarah, Simon, Cian, Jack and Lucy, Aoife and Conor, Sorcha, Tadhg and Oisín, Max and Jack, her sisters-in-law Anna and Clare, brothers-in-law Pat and Ray, the extended family, neighbours and friends. Reposing at home on Thursday , September 5, 2024 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Please avoid parking on Taylors' Hill or in the immediate area of the house. Arriving at St. Ignatius (Jesuit) Church, Sea Road on Friday, September 6 in advance of Requiem Mass therein at 11 a.m. Following Mass, Colette will be laid to rest with Neasa and Frank in the new cemetery, Bohermore. Together, may the rest in peace.

Mary O’Hara (nee Lynch) Lackenduff, Ballyjamesduff, Richmond, Surrey, England. Mary departed this life on August 9th 2024, peacefully at her home, she was in her 94th year. She will be sadly missed by her daughter Patricia (Vincent McCarthy) and son Christopher grandchildren and great-grandchildren, relatives and friends. Predeceased by her loving husband Paddy and her parents Patrick and Kathleen lynch, brothers Pat and Terry, sisters Kathleen (Brendan) and Dympna Smith.
Mary's Funeral Mass Friday, 6th September, at 10.00am in St Thomas Aquinas church, Ham Street, Tw10 7HT.

Killygrogan, New Inn, Cavan
Charles passed away suddenly but peacefully surrounded by the staff at Virginia Health Care Centre. Predeceased by parents Charles and Bridgid, brothers Peter and James, sisters Mary and Ellen. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his nephews Jim, Ollie, Charles, Kevin and Michael, his nieces Breege, Veronica, Bernie, Liz and Christine his cousins, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

Charles body is donated to research by his own request. Funeral Mass and burial will take place at a later date in the future. A Mass of celebration of Charles life will take place on Saturday, 21st September, in St Dympna's Church, Upper Lavey.
Charles family would like to sincerely thank the staff of Virginia Health Care Centre for their exceptional care and attention given to Charles during his time there.

Deeply regretted by his loving wife Sadie and daughter Sharon. Sadly missed by his sisters Caroline and Phyllis and brother Patsy, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Paul Smith, Mullanafrin, Belturbet, Co. Cavan, Tuesday, 3rd September, peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family. Paul will be very sadly missed by his loving wife Denise, daughter Shannon, sister Pauline, brothers Jeff and John, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, neighbours, relatives and many friends.

The death has occurred of Kitty Crosby (née Matthews). St. Macartan's Villas, Carrickmacross. 4th September 2024. In her 92nd year. Peacefully, surrounded by her cherished family, in the wonderful care of the staff of Broomfield House, Castleross Nursing Home, Carrickmacross.
Predeceased by her husband Peter, her son Gerard and her grandchildren Ian McGarrell, Damian Crosby & Niamh Crosby, her parents Kevin & Teresa and her brothers Pat, Harry, Michael, Brendan, John and recently her brother Francie.
Sadly missed and remembered with love by her beloved family; her daughters Teresa (Michael), Catriona (Denis) & Dolores (Kevin) and her sons Patrick (Noeleen), Peter (Anna Mai), Kevin (Fiona) & Ronan (Carmel), her daughter-in-law Regina, her much-loved seventeen grandchildren and her twenty one great-grandchildren, her sister Phyllis, her extended family, friends & neighbours.

Kitty's Funeral Cortège will leave her home, St. Macartan's Villas, on Friday, 6th September, proceeding on foot to St. Joseph's Church, Carrickmacross, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in St. Enda's Cemetery, Killanny.

The death has occurred of Terry (Terrence) Matthews, Amberwood, Cootehill Road Rockcorry Co.Monaghan H18XF89 Wednesday the 4th of September 2024, unexpectedly in the exceptional care of the staff of Beaumont Hospital Dublin. Pre deceased by his parents Peter and Annie. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving family, his devoted wife Susan, Son Damien (Melissa), daughter Karen (Mehmet), adored grandchildren, Kaya ,Aoihinn, Ava, Alara , Odhrán, brother Gerry (Gerladine), nephew, extended family and a large circle of friends.

Burial afterwards in Mount St. Oliver's Cemetery, Clones.
