Dry with sunny spells but getting cloudier

Dry day with good sunny spells and plenty of sunshine, but cloud will increase today (Sunday) with a slight threat of some isolated light showers.

Highest temperatures of 17 to 20 degrees with light to moderate southeasterly winds.

Tonight will be cloudy with outbreaks of rain, turning heavy at times. There will be some mist and fog too.

Lowest temperatures of 11 to 14 degrees with light and variable winds.

The outlook for the week ahead meanwhile is uncertain with low pressure likely to continue to dominate, there is still a chance that high pressure may build again to bring the possibility of drier weather over the following couple of days.

Showers will continue in the east for a time on Monday night, some of them heavy. It will be mostly dry with clear spells in other areas, although a few light showers will develop in the west.

Lowest temperatures of 7 to 11 degrees with light to moderate west to northwest or variable winds.
