Rosemary Lennon

(née Fox)

Ansley Lane, Drumelis, Cavan Town, Cavan

Rosemary Lennon (nee Fox) Ansley Lane, Drumelis, Cavan Town H12N485. Saturday August 24th 2024 peacefully with great dignity after a short illness and in the loving care of her family and the outstanding staff at Cavan General Hospital. Pre deceased by her parents Seamus and Rose Fox and her brother Niall.

Rosemary will be greatly missed and forever loved by her family, daughter Claire (Myles) son Tom (Aisling) her adored grandchildren Grace, Ben and Rudy, sister Geraldine, brothers Jimmy (Lily) and Brendan (Ann), nieces, nephews, and a wide circle of friends.

May her wonderful spirit Rest In Peace.

Rosemary will repose at her home in Drumelis on Tuesday afternoon, August 27th from 2pm until 7pm.

Rosemary’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the Cathedral of Ss Patrick & Felim, Cavan, on Wednesday, August 28 at 12 noon. Following Mass the cortege will travel to Lakelands Crematorium for reception prayers and cremation at 2pm.

Pamela Pemhiwa Pundai CHOTO SAURAMBA

Inver Park, Carrickmacross, Monaghan / Inniskeen, Louth

Pamela Pemhiwa Pundai Choto-Sauramba, born on May 21, 1981, passed away on August 9, 2024, at age 43, leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness which is survived by her loving husband Teddius Sauramba and her only son and child Ethan Kudakwashe Kuona.

Pamela was born in Zimbabwe's capital city of Harare and spent her life with an unwavering spirit and dedication to her family, her career, and her Faith. She was a brilliant scholar who graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing before going into long Luxury Automotive Sales where she represented brands like Mercedes Benz. She was well known for her business acumen and ability to close deals as an astute negotiator. Her passion for her Faith as a Charismatic Christian was evident to all who knew her. She was full of positive energy, she was generous, and brilliant, and she overcame many objections from her early years. In addition to her son and husband, she is survived by her mother Jane, and siblings which include her brothers Peterson and Pyle, along with sisters Nomathemba, Winnie, Tendai, Farida, Trish, Elaine, and Yeukai as she was preceded in death by her father Peter-Musahaya along with her late siblings Sophia and Tonderai. Pamela's presence will be profoundly missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Pamela's memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved her.

The death has occurred of Tom Dooley Gortahork, and formerly of Essexford, Co Monaghan peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Cait & Patrick, his brothers Peadar, Seamus, Seán and his uncle Seán Haughey. Survived by his wife Emily, daughters Erin/ Terence, Aisling / Feargal, grandchildren Caoimhe, Aoife, Cian, Sarah and Emily, sisters Mary, Mairead, Caite, Pauline and Áine, brothers Pádraig and Terence.

His remains will repose at Gortahork Funeral Premises F92 FT7C on Sunday the 25th Aug from 4.00pm till 8.00pm, with rosary at 8.00pm and on Monday the 26th Aug from 12 noon to 8.00pm with removal to the family home for family time . Removal from there on Tuesday the 27th for 11.00am Requiem mass in Christ the King Church, Gortahork, with burial afterwards in the adjacent Cemetery. Mona Mc Cormack

The death has occurred of Mona Mc Cormack,(nee Mc Aree), Glassdrummond, Newbliss, Co. Monaghan (H18 HV26), formerly from Tydavnet, Saturday 24th August 2024, peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Anthony and her son Enda.

Beloved and much loved mother of Declan (Annette), Celine (Conor), Nora (Patrick) and Eithne (Eddie). Mona will be sadly missed and remembered with love by daughters, son, daughter-in-law, sons-in-law, cherished and adored grandchildren Éanna, Sarah, Daniel, Aoife, Conn, Áine, Niamh, Cormac, Coleen, Fionán, Ultán and Beauden, brother Leo, sisters Noreen, Maeve, Deirdre and Sheila, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, many friends and by all who knew and loved Mona.

Mona will be resting at the family home, Glassdrummond, Newbliss Co. Monaghan (H18 HV26), on Sunday (25th) and Monday (26th) from 2pm to 9pm, (family time at all other times please, including Tuesday morning) with removal on Tuesday morning (27th), at approx 10.15am to St. Laobhán's Chapel, Killeevan, for 11am Funeral Mass. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
