The property, which is located at Drokabawn, lies 800m off the Shercock to Cootehill main road (R192) on the L6109.

The area is a pleasant and sought after rural location approximately 6km from Shercock and 10km from Cootehill.

The land comes to the market in two blocks, which are located on opposite sides of the public road. The blocks are 200m apart each representing 11ac. All the land is in permanent pasture and has a water supply. It is regarded as “good grazing land”.
