Sunshine to the fore as weather break in store
Plenty of sunshine in store for the next couple of days.
The weather is set to break slightly over the next few days with temperatures of up to 25 degrees expected.
Today will be warm and dry with sunny spells at first. Cloud will increase in the west in the afternoon, bringing patchy rain during the evening. Highest temperatures of 19 to 23 degrees with light and variable winds, a touch lower on coasts where sea breezes develop.
Tonight will become cloudy with rain clearing eastwards through the night. Mild and humid with temperatures not falling below 13 or 14 degrees, in a light westerly or variable breeze.
Tomorrow Thursday, the first day of August will start out cloudy with patchy light rain or drizzle but it will brighten up later in the afternoon. Highest temperatures of 19 to 22 degrees in a light to moderate southwesterly winds.
The bank holiday weekend will see unsettled conditions with rain moving eastwards across the country on Friday. There will be mild and humid with temperatures not falling below 13 to 16 degrees in a light to moderate southerly wind.
