Help find Shadow and Jess

“I don't know” was all Angeline Floyd could say in relation to the disappearance of her two black collie/ terrier mix dogs.

Shadow and Jess disappeared from the Lavey/Poles area on Saturday (July 27) afternoon. One dog is wearing a pink harness and the other is wearing a red one.

Angeline left her home just before 1pm on Saturday when her three dogs were secured in an enclosed space. Upon her return about three hours later, only one dog, “a stray” which she has been looking after, remained.

“It just doesn’t make sense,” she said.

The two and a half year old dogs have not been seen since Saturday, Angeline has owned them both since they were puppies.

“It’s awful, it’s just the not knowing.”

“I don’t understand,” she said.

An emotional Angeline said she “would offer a reward for any information” in relation to the family pets.

She has been in contact with her neighbours, the local pound, An Garda Síochána and the CSPCA in relation to the whereabouts of Shadow and Jess.

“It’s just so strange,” she concluded.
