During Saturday evening’s proceedings, committee member Cllr Noel Connell expressed his thanks to volunteers, participants and “generous donors” whom he added: “Made this event possible”.

This year's amount raised was a huge sum and we are incredibly thankful to everyone who contributed in any way. Your support means the world to us and to those who will benefit from these funds,” he added.
