Three attractive properties are set to go under the hammer next month in an auction conducted by Raymond Smith Auctioneers.

First up is a two-bedroom cottage on almost 17 acres in the Drumavaddy area of Carrickaboy.

It is in close proximity to the nearby towns of Kilnaleck, Ballyjamesduff, Virginia and Cavan Town.
