Willie (Boss) Pilkington

Willie (Boss) Pilkington, 1 New Line, Cootehill, Co. Cavan. July 18th 2024 peacefully at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. Predeceased by his parents Edward and Eileen, Sisters May, Margaret, Susie and Eileen, Brothers Peter, Vincent and John. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving family, Sisters Nora, Jenny, Kathleen, Brigie and Liddy, brothers Eddie, Joe and Anthony, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

May his gentle soul rest in peace.

Reposing at Mullen’s Funeral Home, Cootehill (H16 FD25) on Friday 19th July from 5 – 7 pm. Removal leaving Mullen’s Funeral Home on Saturday morning at 11.30 am to arrive at St. Michael’s Church, Cootehill for 12 noon funeral mass, burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Middle Chapel, Cemetery.

Rosaleen (Rosh) Mc Mahon

(née Farrell)

Garradevlin, Doohamlet, Castleblayney, Monaghan

The death has occurred of

Rosaleen (Rosh) Mc Mahon, Neé Farrell. Wednesday July 17th peacefully in the tender loving care of the staff and management of St. Mary’s Hospital, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan.

Predeceased by her husband Joe.

Deeply regretted and remembered with love by her son Raymond, daughters Marian (Casey), Josie (Maine), Angela (Roe), Fidelma (Casey) and Shelly (Mc Garrell) her brother Brendan, sister in law Rita, sons in law, daughter in law, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

“May Rosaleen’s Gentle Soul Rest In Eternal Peace”

Rosaleen will repose at her daughter Shelly Mc Garrell’s home, Corlealackagh, Doohamlet (A75T682) today Thursday from 12noon until 10pm and again tomorrow Friday from 12noon until 10pm. Rosaleen’s Funeral cortège will travel from the residence on Saturday afternoon at 12:30pm to arrive at All Saints Church Doohamlet for Funeral Mass at 1pm, followed by burial in adjoining cemetery.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to, St Mary’s Patient Comfort Fund C/o Wards Funeral Home or by donation box.

House private to family and neighbours on Saturday morning only please.
