Yvonne Ferguson

Ferriskill, Edgeworthstown, Longford / Newtownbutler, Fermanagh / Cavan

The death has occurred of Yvonne Ferguson (nee Crawford), Ferriskill, Edgeworthstown and late of Dublin Road, Edgeworthstown and Cloncorick, Newtownbutler, Co. Fermanagh.

Predeceased by her husband Robert (Bobbie) and her brother Harold.

Sadly missed by her sons George, Harold and David, daughters-in-law Priscilla, Hazel and Niamh, grandchildren Ben, Aaron, Lucy, Sam, Louisa, Noah and Freya. Deeply regretted by her sisters, brother, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nephew, nieces, the wider family circle and friends.

Reposing at The Manor Nursing Home, Edgeworthstown on Friday 12th July from 5.00p.m. concluding with prayers at 7.00p.m. Funeral service on Saturday 13th July at 1.00 p.m. in St. John's Church, Edgeworthstown followed by burial in Aughafin Cemetery, Edgeworthstown.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired to St. John's Church c/o Gogan's Funeral Directors or any family member.

John Tom McAloon

Knockatallon, Monaghan, H18 RY26

The death has occurred of John Tom McAloon, Knockatallon, Co. Monaghan, (H18 RY26) and formerly of McAloon's Shop, Knockatallon, peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family, after a long illness bravely borne, Wednesday 10th July 2024.

Predeceased by his parents Kathleen and Daniel McAloon and his sister Mary Ann Mc Ginnity.

Cherished and much loved partner of Nora. John Tom will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his partner Nora, son Dean, step-daughter Tanya, adored grandchildren Jake and Lauren, his brothers Joe and Danny, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, wonderful neighbours, friends near and far and by all who knew and loved John Tom.

May John Tom's Gentle Soul Rest In Peace

John Tom will repose at the family home, Knockatallon, H18 RY26, on Thursday (11th) from 4pm to 9pm and again on Friday (12th) from 2pm to 9pm with removal on Saturday morning (13th) at approx 11.30am to arrive at St Joseph's Chapel, Knockatallon, for 12noon Funeral Mass. Burial afterwards in Urbleshanny Cemetery, Scotstown.

John Tom's Funeral Mass will be streamed live on ‘Tydavnet Parish RC Churches’ Facebook page or YouTube.

The family appreciates your sympathy, support and kindness at this difficult time.

Tribley House, Kilmessan, Meath, C15 YT73 / Ballybay, Monaghan

Rita Lally (nee Caraher), Tribley House, Kilmessan, Co. Meath, formerly Ballybay, Co. Monaghan, 10th July 2024, peacefully at her home surrounded by her family (in her 91st year). Predeceased by her loving husband Michael. Sadly missed by her devoted family, Diarmuid, Siobhán (Roscommon), Francis, Maura and Áine (Wicklow), her sister Maura, brother Franco, sisters-in-law Irene (Ballybay) and Sr. Nora, brother-in-law Fr. Fred, daughters-in-law Angela and Deirdre, sons-in-law Liam and John, her 16 adored grandchildren and great-grandchild Nolah, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends, especially her lifelong friends Celine and Minnie.

Reposing at her home (C15 YT73), on Thursday 11th July from 3pm to 8pm. Removal on Friday morning to the Church of The Nativity of Our Lady, Kilmessan, arriving for Funeral Mass at 12 noon, which can be viewed here.

Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

House private please on Friday morning.
