Firm seeks land in Cavan and Monaghan for building projects

GEDA Construction is seeking opportunities to develop land within counties Cavan and Monaghan.

The company is putting a call out to local landowners to consider the possibilities of selling entities for the purposes of development.

“We are currently operating in counties Cavan and Monaghan and are looking to expand our portfolio in developing social housing projects,” a spokesperson told the Celt.

GEDA Construction was recently awarded a contract to build 45 new homes in Pairc Na Teile in Bailieborough (see council pages).

With over 30 years' experience in the construction of homes in Monaghan, Louth, Meath and Dublin, the company is currently working closely and in collaboration with Cavan County Council to deliver new social houses in Bailieborough.

“We are actively seeking property for design and build opportunities,” the spokesperson continued.

“Estate agents and landowners with potential land for development are encouraged to reach out. If you have land to sell, we want to hear from you.”
