It is with regret that we note the following deaths from Counties Cavan and Monaghan over the past few days, as reported on RIP.ie

Maxine McIntyre

Tycusker, Arva, Cavan

Sunday June 23rd, unexpectedly at Cavan General Hospital.

Predeceased by her loving husband Louis. Maxine will be very sadly missed by her loving partner Sean (Rusty) Reilly and daughters; Samantha (Thomas), Verity (Frank), adored grandchildren; Áine, Mark, Ellen and Ava, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Lakelands Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Cavan tomorrow, Tuesday 25th from 6pm until 8pm. Funereal service in Killeshandra Parish Church on Wednesday 26th at 2pm followed by burial in the adjoining churchyard.

Robert Kidney

Moys, Clontibret, Monaghan

The death has occurred of Robert Kidney, Moys, Clontibret, Co.Monaghan. Monday June 24th peacefully at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital Drogheda, surrounded by his loving family.

Robert, deeply regretted and remembered with love by his family, wife Rosaleen, daughters Rosemarie (Philip), Ramona (Gabriel) and Robyn (Keith) his cherished grandchildren, five grandsons and granddaughter and his four adored great-grandchildren, sister Mary, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

Robert will repose at Wards Funeral Home, Castleblayney (A75NP30) Tuesday afternoon from 4pm until 7pm and again on Wednesday afternoon from 4pm until 7pm.

Robert’s funeral cortège will travel from the family home in Moys, Clontibret on Thursday morning to arrive at St Mary’s Church Clontibret for funeral mass at 11am, followed by burial in adjoining cemetery.
