Missing teenager found safe

A teenager missing from the Cavan area has been "located safe and well".

Fifteen-year-old Jennifer (goes by Jade) Halligan was reported missing since Tuesday, May 21.

She was last seen in the Dublin 1 area on Tuesday, May 21 at approximately 8.20pm.

Gardaí and Jennifer's (Jade's) family were concerned for her wellbeing.

It has now been reported that the young girl has been found safe.

" An Garda Síochána would like to thank the media and the public for their assistance."
