It’s a mixed bag weather wise over the next few days for Co Cavan. This morning, Wednesday will be mostly cloudy with rain in the eastern parts of Ulster. Scattered showers will develop this afternoon along with some sunny spells. Highest temperatures of 8 to 11 degrees with light to moderate northwest breezes.

Tonight will see cloud with patchy rain and drizzle along with some mist and fog forming as winds fall light. Lowest temperatures of 1 to 4 degrees.

Meanwhile, tomorrow Thursday, will see mist or drizzle clear early to leave sunny spells and a few showers. During the evening, cloud will build with rain soon following. Maximum temperatures of 8 to 11 degrees with moderate to fresh easterly breezes.
