More than 100 women in business came together to celebrate National Women’s Enterprise Day in the Hotel Kilmore last year for a breakfast event hosted by Local Enterprise Office Cavan with Cavan Women in Business Network. Propelling together to achieve great things

Propel 2Gether Ltd was established in July 2020 and provides business mentoring and individual/executive coaching services.

It is run by Nikki McGoohan who has over 20 years of experience working in industries such as banking, manufacturing, and a start-up nano-technology company.

Nikki is a member of the Cavan Women in Business Network and has featured as a guest speaker at some of its seminars and events in the past.

She was also a partner in a business administration services business for over 14 years where they were privileged to work with various SMEs. Nikki believes that, when working with a client, a holistic approach is required because each area is impacted by the other.

Areas of the business where she has collaborated with clients include looking at their strategy, processes, alignment of values/culture within the business, financial planning, employee development, employment law and staff training. From a coaching perspective, Nikki has worked with executives and individuals on various aspects of their personal development journey.
