Pop sensation Lyra to play sell out show tonight

The promo material for Lyra describes her as "one of the most striking talents" to have emerged in recent years.

The fact that the County Cork starlet sold out a standing only gig in the Townhall Cavan in double-quick fashion suggests that the description is not mere hyperbole.

Lyra she's established herself on both the domestic and international stage with a string of exciting, vibrant singles accompanied by a unique style of visual presentation that is never less than stunning.

Armed with ultra-catchy single ‘Lose My Mind’ and the uplifting, dancefloor collab with John Gibbons on Stevie Nicks’ classic ‘Edge Of Seventeen’ and of course the wonderful 'Lovers' she promises to put on a memorable show as the tour bus rolls into Cavan tonight.

Sadly for the many who weren't swift enough to snap up the Townhall tickets, they will have to wait for Lyra's return visit.
