Peadar Brady, Corragarry, Maudabawn, Cootehill and late of Gortskeagh, Drung, Co Cavan. Pre-deceased by his parents Peter and Kathleen and brother in law Harry Reburn. Beloved husband of Anne and dear brother of Patricia (Liam Allen), Geraldine (James Galligan), Noeleen (Peter Brady), Martina, John (Pauline), Paddy, Noel (Lynn), Dessie (Shirley) and Enda, his auntie Gretta, sisters in law, brothers in law,nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and many friends.
Reposing at the home of his brother in law Patrick Reburn, Cashel, Maudabawn, (H16 AF80) today, Wednesday, from 6.00pm until 9.00pm and again tomorrow Thursday from 2.00pm until 8.00pm. Requiem Mass on Friday afternoon at 3.00pm in St Patrick’s Church, Maudabawn, Interment afterwards in Drumgoon hill old Cemetery.

Margaret Buckley

Margaret Mary Buckley, née Fleming, Cluain Mhór, Tramore, Co. Waterford, has passed away peacefully at University Hospital, Waterford, 20th February 2024.
Margaret was born on August 20, 1931, in Cordoagh, Kingscourt, Co Cavan. She attended Muff School and worked in Kingscourt before moving to England in 1952. Margaret returned to Ireland to care for her father in 1957, and then travelled back to England, where she met her future husband, Mick Buckley. They married in Kingscourt in 1960 and were blessed with nine children and 14 grandchildren. The family lived in both Ireland and England, finally settling in Waterford in 2011. Margaret's husband, Mick, predeceased her in May 2016. Margaret's life was marked by her dedication to family and her love of home, leaving behind a legacy cherished by her children and grandchildren.
Predeceased by her loving husband Michael, parents Bernard & Margaret, brother Eddie, sisters Molly (Owens), Rose (Clarke), & Jane (McGrath).
Deeply regretted by her daughters Margaret & Geraldine, sons Bernard, Michael, Paul, Noel, Martin, Peter & Gerard. Sadly missed by her brother Barney, her 14 grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Prayers will be offered at Falconers Funeral Home, Riverstown, Tramore X91TW21 on Wednesday, 21st February at 5.30 pm where neighbours and friends are invited to pay their respects to Margaret’s family.
Reposing at Kieran Bros. Funeral Home, Hall Street, Kingscourt (A82R3W2) on Thursday, 22nd February, from 4 PM to 7 PM. Funeral Mass on Friday, 23rd February at The Church of the Immaculate Conception, Kingscourt, at 10 am. Margaret will then be laid to rest with her husband in the adjoining cemetery.

The death has occurred of Maureen Freeman, née Byrne, Drumbrone, Magheracloone, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan and formerly of Raferagh. Maureen passed away peacefully in her 104th year, in the loving care of the staff of Castleross Nursing Home, 21st of February, 2024.
Predeceased by her husband Tom and her brothers Francie and Brian. Maureen is deeply regretted and will be lovingly remembered by her son Patrick, daughter-in-law Margaret, granddaughters Emma, Jessica, and Rebecca. She will be sadly missed by her sister Phyllis, great-grandchildren Thomas, Annie, and Patrick, nephews Brian, Frankie, and Gerry, and sister-in-law Bridie, neighbours, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Kieran Bros. Funeral Home (A82R3W2), Hall Street, Kingscourt on Friday, 23rd February, from 5 pm until 8 pm. Removal on Saturday morning, 24th February, from the home of her son Patrick at 10.40am for funeral Mass in St. Peter and Paul's Church, Lower Magheracloone, arriving at 11am with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

The death has occurred of Pat Kavanagh, 5 Cuirt Uí Mheith, Emyvale, Co. Monaghan and formerly Raheny, Co. Dublin, Tuesday 20th February, suddenly, in the care of his loving family and the staff of Richmond ICU, Beaumont Hospital.
Pre-deceased by his loving partner Patricia McKenna, parents Ellie & Martin Kavanagh, brother Tom and sister Noeleen.
Pat will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his daughters Amy & Ellen and their mother Brenda, his brothers Joe (Gillian) and Michael (Patsy), nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
