An emergency road closure which will take today on the Ballyjamesduff to Crosskeys

The council have announced an emergency road closure which will take today on the Ballyjamesduff to Crosskeys road for the purpose of road reconstruction.

The L3029 and L3026 will be closed from its junction with the L3016 in Ballyjamesduff to the junction with the L3003 at Crosskeys on Monday, 6 November and Tuesday, 7 November 2023 from 9.30am - 3pm.

A diversion has been put in place via the L3016/L3004 at Rassan Road in Ballyjamesduff to the junction with the L3002 at Rockfield and via the L3002/L3003 to the junction with the L3026 in Crosskeys.

The same diversion route will apply in reverse.

Diversions will be signposted for the duration of the works.

Local access only will be accommodated as far as practicable.
